We thoroughly enjoyed iron and ironing board, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. The hotel's location was stunning, just next door to Pine Lake, and a lakeside. All of the staff were courteous.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and fantastic, equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment. The bathroom is nice and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The staff is great and approaching. The hotel is in the remote location on water sports.

Its location was incredible, right by Lake District. Loved how the lodge was arranged when we arrived. Had a microwave, a coffeemaker and a fridge at our disposal.

the room was good and the reception staff were warm, friendly and inviting. The staff made the stay at the resort more ejoyable by their friendly and approachable attitude towards us. They really are a credit to you at this resort. The resort is in a lovely setting and very peaceful.
The entertainment was very poor after detailing that a quiz was on they never held it and there was not enough seats for the number of people that were in the bar area. an entertainments room was available yet not used by the singer whom was sub-standard to say the least and only on for a small amount of time. It was that basis on the Friday night that we chose to stay in our studio room on the Saturday night to watch tv and drink there which was certainly not expected from a resort that is supposed to be of such a high standard.

Love this place
In general: Stayed here a few times and will keep on returning . Lodges are beautiful and the staff fall over themselves to be helpful . Great for disabled access and love just walking around the lake either on my own or pushing mum in her wheelchair . Good location to the Lakes or Morcambe or just sit on the patio and gaze at the lake and wildlife . Very relaxing and will definitely return again Location and surroundings: Great location for The Lakes , Morcambe , Silverdale Service: FANTASTIC Dining: Very reasonable prices and good food choice Room: Beautiful spacious room and room to manoeuvre wheelchair . Useful tips: Because of Covid we weren't allowed to check in until 4 .50 which I thought was a little late and we still had to vacate the room by 10 am which is my only criticism .

The studio apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It's located just a few yards from the lake. The staff were friendly, especially during our check-in. We also had a fantastic meal at the bistro with plenty of vegetarian options.
the studio could have been a bit cleaner, especially the ventilation unit.

Fantastic location.. Amazing rooms.. This was my second time here and just love everything about the place.. Would definitely return again..
I wanted a lake view studio but was informed that the heating wasn't working only to realise later that this wasn't the case and the rooms were later offered to other guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Lake, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We felt that there was plenty for the children to do also good entertainment for adults in the evening. We also ate in the Bar area a couple of times and found the choice of food very good and tasty. We liked the fact that Pine Lake was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely recommend and return to Pine Lake in the near future.

Absolutely wonderful! We totally enjoyed our stay - it was luxurious...the lodge had all the equipment we needed plus more! Very clean and so cosy with an amazing view. Breakfast was very good too and the leisure club - amazing! Helpful staff at hand too. It was a haven!

It was ok!
The footpaths were very dirty from bird dropppings! there were signs not to feed the wild life, but many people did give them bread around the accomodation, clients should be made to sign an agreement not to feed the birds, it teaches the birds to beg, and it was very sad to see swans begging for food at the door.

Perfect getaway for a couple!
Spacious studio with a kitchen we didn't even use. Super clean and had towels and hairdryer. The restaurant had tasty vegetarian options and friendly staff. The pool and spa were a great way to unwind, especially the steam room after exploring. Pared down the stress with beautiful lakeside views and gardens around the lodge that felt serene.
